Building within and for the local community, whether for leisure or for specific community purposes, requires an understanding of the needs of the community - not only their needs from the project itself, but their ongoing physical and social needs whilst the project is in progress. Usually, the building project is on an existing site within a populated area and the works need to be undertaken with the least disruption to those around, or even remaining on, the current site. Our experience in this area has enabled us to solve numerous logistical problems for our clients, accommodating specific needs and aiding the smooth transition of old premises into new.
