Client: Upper Thames Rowing Club

This project involved the demolition of the
existing boathouse and the erection of a new
two storey steel framed building. This provided
boat storage space at ground floor level with
clubhouse facilities, toilets and changing rooms
on the first floor.

The Client had a tight deadline which was
achieved with the club house handed over and
fully operational in time for the client’s annual
regatta event.
