Clapham Park Office

This project involved the refurbishment of an existing office building to house Clapham Park Project for Lambeth Council. 

Clapham Park Project works with the local community helping young people and adults to:

• Improve their skills and find work
• Feel safe from crime and anti-social behaviour
• Get a better education and believe in themselves
• Get healthier and fitter
• Improve their neighbourhood, socialise and make friends

Brixton Hill Place is situated on a busy main road with difficult access through a  covered entrance. A unit for adults with mental disabilities adjoined our works and therefore it required careful logistical planning.  This meant that deliveries to the site and crainage had to be managed with the use of banks men and extra precautions put in place to protect members of the public.
