Hamsey Green Childrens Centre

Ths scheme, one of three undertaken for Surrey as part of their Childrens Centre Framework, comprised the construction of  a single storey building adjoining an existing primary school.

This sure start Children’s Centre offers support to all children from 0–5 and their families.  Includes facilities and classes for disabled children, babies and toddlers and for pre school children. 

The specification required chestnut wood cladding to the exterior walls and metal cladding to the roof.  The new building was constructed around an ‘open design’ by NPS Property Design and Management to provide multi purpose use.
