London Road

This project involved the demolition of an existing building  and the construction of two new buildings.  One of which was a three storey office block , constructed around a concrete frame and a curved curtain wall. The second block, a three storey timber construction, provides residential accommodation. The project also included parking facilities and a communal garden area.

Sustainability
The scheme incorporated many sustainable elements such as PV cells-solar panels, providing 10% of the required electricity, a roof garden with an irrigation system to collect water for re-use and permeable paving to assist drainage
