Lily Hill House
Client: Tesco Pensions Trust
Lily Hill House, a Grade II Listed building owned by
Tesco Pension Trust, required updating to provide
state of the art office accommodation within this
idyllic country house setting. Hilife constructed a
new glazed entrance structure, followed by the
stripping out of the existing building and the
subsequent refurbishment and fitting out of the new
space to provide office accommodation.
The work required a range of skills from traditional
workmanship methods to restore wood panelling
and specialist plaster detail, to the installation of
extensive IT and the creation of state of the art
glazed pods, meeting rooms and break out areas.
