Kippington Nursing Home

This project involved the extension to and internal alterations of an existing occupied nursing home. The new build comprised strip concrete foundations, block and brick to the ground and upper floor. To maintain the  design integrity of the existing building an external skin consisting of natural bath stone with stone sills was used.  

Consideration for the residents
The project was in a residential area in Sevenoaks, Kent and attention was paid to ensuring minimum disruption was caused and the goodwill of the local residents was retained. Great consideration was given to phasing the work around the needs of the residents of the home.

Since completing this project, Hilife Construction are currently on site for a new build construction of a third scheme for this client.
