This Design and Build project for Golding Homes, required the development of four number, two bed and a single one bed new build bungalow, on a disused garage site in Staplehurst, Kent.

The build achieved Code Level 4, and incorporated photo voltaic panels, deep bore soakaways, whole house heat recovery, thin joint blockwork, SUD’s drainage and responsible resourced materials. The bungalows have been built to life times home standards and provides sheltered supported housing.

All properties have been supplied with bat/bird nesting boxes and compost bins.  External works included a new access road, mains services and landscaping.
