Elmers End Bromley

This Design and Build project for a private developer, required the construction of  a block of 8 executive flats with under-croft parking and communal garden. The project also included the demolition of the adjoining house and reconstruction within the original envelope, in order to create a single bed flat with garden and a two bedroom split level maisonette above, utilising the roof space.

The  buildings were of traditional construction with slated roof and feature windows.
