Grosvenor House

This project involved the fit out of four occupied office buildings for Surrey County Council on a ‘roll out’ programme. 

As well as the offices being occupied throughout the course of the works, Grosvenor House is situated on busy main road in the heart of Kingston therefore requiring careful logistical planning.

The projects also included the full internal redecoration of all of the buildings in a very ‘tight’ programme. Works had to be planned around working hours in order to ensure minimal disruption to the office workers.
