Challenging Build
The project involved the design and construction of a new church building and worship areas. The site was very close to neighboring properties meaning that the external walls of the new building depicted the site boundary. Extensive excavations were required to approximately 8m depth, in difficult ground conditions which required extensive temporary structural works in order to retain public highways and adjacent buildings. 

Storey’s of Space
The new building over five storey’s from basement to fourth floor level provides a 230 seat worship centre, 100 seat overflow hall, a kitchen, office, nursery facilities, a baptism pool and residential accommodation with extended care facilities.

The scheme also has a roof garden and underground parking for 18 vehicles.
