Clapham Park Homes - Decent Homes Project, 3 Phases

The project comprised the refurbishment of occupied properties to Decent Homes standards. Work included replacement windows, doors, kitchens, bathrooms, roof replacement, roof repairs, internal/external re-decorations, re-wiring, painting and decorating including communal areas.

Hilife held pre-start meetings to which the local community were invited to attend.  A presentation was provided of the works to be undertaken, the site team were introduced and the opportunity given for residents to chose bathroom/kitchen style and paint colours etc.   Residents were kept informed of progress throughout the contract and our dedicated Resident Liaison Officer was vital in the success of  communications.
