Berkeley Lodge

This  project involved the rebuilding of the original care facility, and the construction of a new two storey extension providing 65 high quality extra care units with accomodation and training facilities for the nursing staff.

The works included extensive M&E installations, specialist fitting out of assisted bathrooms and communal areas. The home provides restaurant, chiropody, hairdressing, massage, library and religious service facilities for its residents. The building is environmentally friendly, using ground sourced heat to warm the home and eco friendly materials in the construction.

Berkeley Lodge is a warm, friendly and clinically excellent home, providing skilled nursing care which is tailored to the individual needs of each resident.
