This Design and Build project for Hexagon Housing Association required the construction of 15 new homes with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms for affordable rent. The houses have been built to Hexagon’s design standards with gardens, parking and to sustainability Code 3. The homes have renewable energy via solar water heating panels.
At the Clients post contract meeting, feedback from the residents has shown they are extremely pleased with the spacious living accommodation and the quality of their homes.
